Once upon a time there lived an old man in a village. The old man was very upset with his son because his son was very useless and lazy. He did not do any work and used to roam around the village. So one day the old man thought of teaching his son a lesson. He called his son and said to him, son there is a watch kept in the cupboard inside the house. You take it out and bring it. The boy went inside the house and brought the watch out. Then his father told him, now you do one thing. Take this watch with you to the market and tell all the people you meet that watch.
You ask everyone the price of this watch and then come back. Now that boy went to the market with that watch. He asked everyone in the market about the price of the watch. Someone told him the price of the watch as 500, some said 1000 and some said 800. All the people told the boy different prices and many people told the same price. That boy came back to his father and told him that father, everyone told the price of this watch according to their own understanding, someone said 500, someone said 1000 and some said 800. Now that old man said to his son, okay son, keep the watch in the cupboard and go. Now the next day again that old man told
He called his son and again asked him to bring the watch from the cupboard. The boy then goes and brings the watch from the cupboard and now the old man said to his son, son, go and today you ask the price of the time running inside this watch. The boy was not able to understand what his father wanted him to do. With a sad heart, he again goes to the market with the watch and asks everyone the price of the time running inside that watch. People feel that the mental condition of this boy is not good. Yesterday he came to ask the price of the watch and today he is asking the price of many people.
People chased him away and some people started laughing at him. Now the boy gets worried and thinks what is happening to me. Then he goes to an old man's shop for the last time. The old man was very busy. As soon as he heard the boy's question, he understood what the boy wanted to ask him. The old man took out some of his time and said to the boy. Son, this time, whose price you are asking, no one can put a price on it. You cannot bring back even a second of your life by giving crores of rupees. That's why use this time properly. There is a good and a bad thing about time.
The bad thing is that time passes and the good thing is that what you spend it on is in your hands. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, rich as well as poor, it is just in your hands what new you can do with that time, so keep account of each and every moment of yours, on what things you are spending it. After listening to that old man, the eyes of that boy opened as if a big change had come within him, and then he took that watch to his father and told him everything, and from that day onwards that boy's eyes changed.
