But in diseases that can be treated surgically, emotional is prohibited. Although this scripture is mainly about surgery, other medical subjects are also included, so almost all types of diseases are briefly described in it. The suffering of the soul has been called the cause of suffering. The said suffering is of three types: spiritual, metaphysical and supernatural. These three types of suffering are experienced in seven types of diseases.
There are seven types of diseases, namely: adibal pravat, nambal pravat, dhamma pravat, sambal pravat, kala pravat, vaivabava pravat, and svabhava pravat.

Thus, only when the defects greatly pollute the metals, they acquire the title of Rashad, Bloody, Fleshly, Marrow, Bone, Marrow and Scrotum disorders.

Just as lightning, thunder, rain, etc. do not leave the sky, and even if there is a sky, they are not always visible, but if there is a suitable reason, waves and bubbles in water, etc., are caused by a cause. Therefore, the relationship (connection) of the faults with diseases like fever is not constant (inseparable) but random (causal).
