Diagnosis of abdominal diseases
Stomach Disease Diagnosis & Symptoms
Stomach diseases are of eight types, namely - flatulence, bile, splenic and phlegm, which are four types according to the classification of the disease, and splenic (both bilious and bilious), blocked anus, dysentery and watery (according to the classification of the disease).
Diagnosis - Due to the irregular eating habits (eating dry and rotten food) and actions of affection (eating affection, vomiting, defecation, ausulation and anubhasan) of a person with very weak fire, flatulence increases and produces severe stomach diseases with symptoms like swelling like a flower when it is placed in the stomach.
Conclusion - Just as when ghee etc. is placed in a new earthen vessel, it gets stuck and comes out, similarly the juice of contaminated food comes out of the stomach and gets compressed by the pressure of the air, causing the skin to swell. In this way, the contaminated juice grows and produces stomach diseases.
As before - before this disease occurs, there is loss of strength, color and dhol (a feeling of tightening of the skin above the stomach), reluctance to eat, black veins appearing in the stomach, not knowing whether the food is digested or not, indigestion (some parts of the food being cooked and some parts being uncooked), pain in the bladder and swelling of the feet etc. are manifested.
Vatikal Abdomen - In this, both sides of the stomach, back and navel grow. Black veins spread in the stomach. The lower abdomen remains firm. There is a severe throbbing sound and pain as if a needle was inserted into it.
Gallbladder-In this, there is a burning sensation in the stomach, thirst and fever. The stomach and abdominal veins, feces, urine, eyes, face and nose appear yellow. It progresses rapidly.
Saishmika-In this, the stomach appears heavy and hard, looks oily and feels cold to the touch, the stomach becomes very swollen and the body becomes depressed. The face, nails and abdominal veins of the patient appear white. It progresses slowly.
Sanipatika Abdirahman - If women who are unfaithful to a man mix their nails, hair, urine, feces and semen with food and drink without his knowledge, or if enemies use Garvisa (poisonous animal feces, urine and impure poisons, etc.), then due to that, along with the consumption of polluted water and polluted poison (which is fire, poisonous substances and is very old and has little power), the three doshas and blood become inflamed and produce this disease. It is very angry and burning in the winter season, when cold wind and clouds are raised. In addition, the patient is pale, thin, restless with thirst, dry throat and fainting again and again. It is also called Dusoda. It is very dangerous.
Plihodar - The blood and phlegm of a person who is addicted to food that causes inflammation and phlegm become infected and enlarge the spleen to an excessive extent. This disease occurs on the left side. In this case, the patient appears very lethargic, thin and pale. It is accompanied by fever, phlegm and inflammation. In this way, the liver enlarges on the right side, causing hepatomegaly.
Blocked rectum - whose large intestine, vegetables and potatoes are blocked by undigested food, hair and pebbles, its foul feces accumulate there like a pile of garbage in the house and it blocks the anus, so the feces are passed out with great difficulty. As a result, the stomach grows between the heart and the navel. In this, the vomit of the patient smells like feces.
Diarrhea - If a fish bone or wood, etc., enters the stomach along with food and gets stuck in the intestines, it causes the intestines to burst during coughing. Excess food and abnormal bowel movements also cause intestinal obstruction. When such an injury occurs in the intestines, a large amount of fluid is secreted. It remains below the navel and enlarges the abdomen. Over time, that fluid repeatedly leaks through the anus. This causes unbearable pain and burning as if a needle had been inserted.
Dysentery - Vomiting, defecation, incontinence
(taking a shower), vaginal discharge (squirting) and sudden use of cold water after intercourse pollutes the watercourses. Or if ghee or other substances of affection remain stuck in those watercourses (sit), the water does not leave from there. The abdomen gradually fills with water and becomes ascites. Due to water retention, the abdomen appears large, high and smooth. The navel hangs upwards. When the water-filled skin is touched with the hand, it makes a popping sound, and it moves and moves.
Common symptoms – Abdominal distension, inability to walk, weakness, loss of appetite, swelling, numbness of the limbs, flatulence and stool, burning and thirst, etc. are its common symptoms.
All types of abdominal diseases eventually turn into ascites, when they become impossible to treat.
