Definition of fistula - It is called bhaganda because it causes a rupture in the region of the vagina (yoni or anus). The painful boils that occur in the two finger region of the vagina are called fistulas if they are ripe and pidaka if they are not ripe.

The former form is pain in the lower back, and there is burning and swelling in the vagina.

Due to the symptoms of fistula, the air is separated and remains permanently around the vagina. Then, one or two fingers of the vagina contaminate the blood and flesh in the area between them, causing small boils like the skin. It causes terrible pain and discomfort. If left untreated, it festers. Since it is close to the urethra, pus always comes out from here and many small holes like sieves are formed. A foamy, foul-smelling discharge comes out from those holes. The area of the pimple looks like it was beaten with a stick, pierced with a needle, or cut with a knife. As a result, the vagina ruptures. If left untreated, vaginal discharge, feces, semen, and semen come out through that hole.

Camel's neck - The inflamed bile moves downwards with the wind and, remaining in the vagina, forms small, red, thin, and high pimples like a camel's neck. It causes burning and other painful sensations. If left untreated from the beginning, it festers and looks as if fire or lime has been applied to it. A hot and foul-smelling discharge emanates from it. Eventually, feces, mucus, semen, and vaginal discharge also begin to emerge through the urethra.

Urinary symptoms - The inflamed phlegm moves downwards through the vagina and, as before, remains in the lower part of the body, producing small, hard, white, pus-filled boils. It causes phlegmy pain. If it is not treated, it can fester. The boil becomes hard, pus-filled, swollen and has a thick, viscous discharge. Eventually, wind, feces, urine and semen are released from it.

Sambuka-ursal - The inflamed wind mixes with bile and mucus and produces boils in the lower part of the body, with all the symptoms, as before. It causes pain, burning, boils, etc. If it is not treated, it can fester. A thick, pus-filled discharge comes out of the boil. There is a deep pain like a navel (stool) and a conch shell.

Unmargi - A flesh-eating, unwise person eats meat with bones along with his bread, and the bones, along with the hard excrement, get stuck in the anus due to the bad air and cause a wound there. Eventually it swells and becomes infected. Like a pus in a vagina, worms are born in that wound with pus and rotten flesh. Those worms eat the pimples in the anus and open the mouth. Finally, air, feces, urine and semen also come out through that path.

Difference between fistula and other pimples or (small pimples) - A pimple with little pain and little swelling at the end of the anus which heals quickly is a common pimple, but a fistula pimple occurs between the two fingers of the anus. Its root is deep. This is accompanied by severe pain and fever. Usually, before a fistula develops, there is pain, burning, swelling, and pain in the lower back due to movement and defecation.
