 Drink

It is of two types

1. Ice or cold drink

2. Hot or hot drink.

Ice or cold drink:

The medicinal substance is soaked in 6 times cold water overnight. In the morning, this water is filtered and used as medicine.

Example- Triphala water, Panmadhuri water, Coriander water, Guluchi water.

The medicinal substance is slightly crushed in a mortar and soaked in cold water overnight. In the morning, this water is filtered and collected in a clean container.

Hot drink

The medicinal plant is steeped in boiling water, covered, and after some time, strained through a clean cloth and drunk hot like 'tea'. It is best to use an earthenware vessel for this.
